What is the Branch Staff?

If you are a SGT thinking of going to staff, then just realize this: Staff requires responsibility. While being a staff member (either its a SSGT, EXE, or LT) you are basically the working group of the branch. Without the Staff, there would be no growth in the branch what so ever. Is Staff made out for everyone? Of Course not. Is it worth giving a shot? Theres no point in not. Staff can help a person learn responsibility and time management. 

Coming from the words of The Founder: Your First Sin.... "When I first became a staff member in another clan, I realized how much I developed in a social personality. I used to be 100% awkward when I first started recruiting but after awhile, I started coming out of my shell. It helped me grow closer to alot of the members within my branch. Eventually it became very hard to delete people off my friends list to accommodate for all of the people who liked talking to me. I went from 25 friends to 100 in a matter of being in staff for only a few months."

Staff Ranks and Their Responsiblities

Each rank of Staff all has different yet still the same Responsibilities. The Ranks include Staff Sargent, Executive Officer, and Lieutenant.


Staff Sargent: Staff Sargent's, better know as SSGT's, can be titled the apprentices of Staff. They are Sargent's that decided they wanted to give staff a try and maybe even go on to develop further. As a SSGT you will be a learning Recruiter. Each SSGT will start to develop their own style of recruiting others (with an EXE watching over them) into FvR and spreading their roots into the branch. Once they've grown more accustomed to their speech, they are up for the next promotion: Executive Officer.


Executive Officer: Executive Officers, better known as EXE's, are the intermediates within Staff. At this rank, EXEs are given the opportunity and responsibility of going out and recruit on their own. At this rank they are also now being guided from the LT's. They are going out and promoting as well. Their recruit, or even a SSGT's recruit, will soon be eligible for a promotion to PVT. They are as well learning how to act maturely in situations such as Drama. As an EXE you will have eyes on you learning who is cut out to be the next rank: Lieutenant. 


Lieutenant: LT's, or Lieutenants, are the main officers of the branch. They are held most responsible in situations, are entitled to act the most mature, and are held responsible for helping to take care of the branch. If the captain is taking a short vacation, they are responsible for upholding the branch and its activity while their captain is gone. They help watch over all of the members, Recruits to EXE's, and hope everyone enjoys their time in FvR. They are able to Promote up to SSGT, Recruit at any time they so wish, and are also up for a promotion to Commander/Captain when the time is right.

Im a SGT going SSGT

As a SGT going to SSGT, there are many things you will need to learn. Now are they hard to learn? Of course not. The beauty about becoming a SSGT is that you get to develop your own recruiting speech and bring in new members to the Clan. Now whats a recruitment speech, you may ask? A recruitment speech is all of the information you give to a person interested in joining Fantasy VS Reality to even getting them into their respected uniform if they are Interested in joining in the end.


Now what should you include into your speech? Well here is a List:

1. Ask for their Age, Gender, and if they have a working Mic.

2. Are they willing to change their Motto + Clantag

3. Explain the Rules and Regulations

4. Answer any questions they may have

5. Give them the Link to this Website

Do you have the person hooked and they are joining? Great, You've got got your recruit. Now the next step is to change their Motto.

Their Motto should read:

FvR ______ RCT.

(Blank being the respective branch you are bringing them into)

(RCT can also be Recruit)


Finally to have them have add your respective Branch Tag as a friend!

The Last and Final step of their whole process is to send your Captain a Message stating:

Your Recruit's Gamertag (Correct Capitalization and numbers)

The Date you which recruited them on
